Story Behind The Song

When I was younger, I had constant cautionary warnings in the form of dreams playing out a plot in which I died and was standing attempting to plead my case at judgment deciding whether I got into heaven or would be sent to Hell. Every time because of my current lifestyle in my real life I failed the test. The fear, emotion, and anxiety that I felt then were immeasurable and inconsolable, and though I woke shortly after and never actually touched the flames of hell. I was tormented by this dream in my own conscious reality and felt the condemning judgment of GODs eternal wrath for my actions. Even worse I knew that I deserved it. Thank GOD for his redeeming work through Jesus Christ, so now through submission of my life to Jesus Christ this is no longer a worry. "Time's Up" is a mixture of my real life testimony living with conviction of my lost state mixed with my dream as a twist ending.
