Someones opinion I valued made a negative comment about my songwriting and I stayed up all night thinking about it. The next day I decided I would not leave my room till I had written, what I though was a great song. Although the lyrics sound as though they are about a relationship has ended and she has stayed up all night thinking about the stupid things she said, and she is asking him to "Please let me love you". To me the song was about staying up all night thinking about these negative things this person had said about my music and I am writing this song and pleading, "Please, love this song." I begging you to change your mind about the way you feel about my song writing....
