After traveling for about 6 weeks, I weaved through the West Coast of American and over into Europe. When I found myself on the beach of Barcelona, after weeks of travel, I thought to myself "I don't care how exotic these places are, I long for home." While most think this is a love song for a girl back home, it's actually a love song for Home itself.

A song about being on the other side of the ocean from your lover and realizing the distance that separates you. No matter how exotic the places you are, you always long for the comforts of home.
