Story Behind The Song
Inspired by The Farm To Consumer Legal Defense Fund mission: "Defending the rights and broadening the freedoms of family farms and protecting consumer access to raw milk and nutrient dense foods." It's a crazy situation where farmers are brought to court for selling milk to individuals. I found some humor in this craziness and put it to good use. Enjoy!
The calf in the photo is named "Little Bully" because he is a baby bull. It's Rosie, Claribell and a few of the other girls who love to eat grass. I've been enjoying the benefits of their milk for several years. I am grateful these girls have never been to court.
Song Description
Danger Cow is a parody about family farms brought to court for selling fresh milk. The cows eating grass instead of grain are happy and healthy.

Lyrics
There's a cow who leads a life of danger, camouflaged just like an Army Ranger. Oh with every moo she makes, another chance she takes. Odds are she won't live to milk tomorrow.
chorus
cow don't eat the grain. cow don't eat the grain. they put you out to pasture and let you feel the rain.
Munchin' green grass in a pasture one day, illegal searches of the dairies next day. Ooh, with every farm they close, another family goes. Odds are there will be search tomorrow.
Sellin' at a farmer's market one day, standing in the court house alley next day. Be careful of the tricks, lawmakers try to fix. Odds are you will need a dairy lawyer.
Support your local farmers market today. Grass fed, happy cows will keep you health-ay. Ooh, don't pasteurize the milk, cause it will make you sick. Odds are we can heal ourselves tomorrow.
