I wrote this song when I felt like I hit rock bottom. I felt hopeless, lonely, and regretful of my past decisions and wanted a way out. I wanted a way to escape my past and start over. Trapped has a theme of sadness and regret but with a gleam of hope that one day you will get out of the rut you created and become who you were always meant to be.

Trapped is about feeling stuck in depression and regret. Its about feeling "Trapped" as if there is no way out from the mess you created. Its about feeling helpless and needing help to get out of the rut.
