Story Behind The Song
A dear friend of mine told me about losing her Father suddenly and the sad feeling that she had about how she wasn't able to say good-bye and to tell him that she loved him.
Song Description
This is a song about loss of a loved one. It's a dark, moody song where you can feel the smoke hanging in the room. It's a sad song. I wrote this after listening to Oscar Peterson for a long time and I wanted to do something similar to what he does with a song.

Lyrics
It ain't right
that you left me here on my own
It ain't right
I feel my heart has turned to stone.
I always thought that I'd get the chance
To tell you how everything I have
Locked up in my heart
I'm sorry now
You're gone and all I keep thinking is
It ain't right
The way you've hung me out this way
It ain't right
There's so much more I wanted to say
You left before I was ready
Before I got the chance
To tell you, how much I love you
But now you're never coming back
It ain't right, no, no, no.
