The writer of the song knows this girl. and when I read the lyrics, I was deeply moved and inspired, I wanted to capture her hopes and determination thru the music. the original arrangment we had for this song, wasn't cutting it, so I re- did the music. the melody and lyrics are still the same as in the original.
