Lyrics

Thunder Thighs and Butterflies

Walked into a nearby saloon, where the band was playing some wedding tunes
The girls were all dressed to kill, In their tight Blue jeans and Stiletto hills
Oh what a sight, it was, those big bottom girls, thunder thighs
And Tattooed Butterflies
And all the Guys, sporting round, beer bellies and Chicken legs
Ordered me a drink, at the bar, then I placed a tip in the jar
Watched a waitress across the room, waiting on a table of a Bride and Groom
Oh what a sight, it was, Those big bottom girls, thunder thighs
And Tattooed Butterflies
And all the Guys, sporting round, beer bellies and Chicken legs
Bridge
Oh man, here comes one in here tight blue jeans
Looking like a busted, Biscuit can queen
chorus
Oh what a sight, it was, those big bottom girls, thunder thighs
And Tattooed Butterflies
And all the Guys, sporting round, beer bellies and Chicken legs
I walked on out of the Bar, seen a girl sitting in her car
She opened the door and got on out, that's when I'm sure she heard me shout
chorus
Oh what a sight, it was, Those big bottom girls, thunder thighs
And Tattooed Butterflies
And all the Guys, sporting round, beer bellies and Chicken legs
And all the Guys, sporting round, beer bellies and Chicken legs

Well written, great pace, not country enough to me, more folk, but so what? The theme is definitely country local corner bar scene, great job with that "theme" oriented lyrics of the song. Would have liked to hear a bit more lyrical "content/meaning" but I think this was meant to be a snap shot, and with that you succeeded. I liked it.

Very descriptive story song which is what country music is all about. Entertaining song.

From what I could understand.. something about butterflies. The music has potiential.

I loved the lyrics of this song. A totally different take on things. The arrangement of the song and production was well done. It didn't need any more than vocals and acoustic Guitar. It worked well just fine the way it was. It was refreshing to hear something comical in the "Country" genre.

This song captured me from the outset. With a surface of humor, these lyrics actually speak to a deeper existential depth of loneliness and alienation. Fun, yet meaningful. Great job!
