Story Behind The Song
I was inspired to write this when I realized the influence my kids had on my way of viewing the world, and the political situation in Iraq. However, my goal was to not take a left or right view on it. Just a commentary about the
decisions leaders make, the people who die, and the how time judges situations and decisions
Song Description
a song about how children (2 little girls) can change a man.
unfortunately, in many parts of the world innocent kids
end up victims in the crosshairs of violence that they have no part of.
Very sad whether you sit on the left or right of these issues.

Lyrics
VERSE 1
Once I was an island all alone
then you came and rescued me
when I think of all the wasted time I spent,
worrying about what could have been
CHORUS
fall in time...you and I all alone
all in time...can't you see
in my life... you have cut the difference,
between truth and a mystery
VERSE 2
and in this world, be thankful we're in a better place
than are brothers across the sea
when I watch all this useless violence
makes me want to throw out my TV
CHORUS
fall in time...the winners and the losers
all in time...they fade to black
in my life...I count my blessing
and never hold my love back
