I'm not also an artist i'm also an engineer,producer,Composer and a mastering engineer. So, the story goes i' putting my album "Streets Advocate" together and invited a few of my family members(E.D.S.-Jackson,MS and Chill-Seattle) into my situation. So since they are being implemented into my equation i gave them the tracks i was using for the album also. So, they went home with the tracks and out of the tracks they had they came back with the words "How R U". I loved the hook, but i was pretty much plain how it was coming out, so i put my producer hat on and conjured a vocal formula for the hook giving it a catchy taste and feel.
