I love the vocals, very unique. The instrumentation is really nice. The arrangement is right on. The mix works for me! I think you have your own style going on here which is really nice. I like things that are new and hard to compare to anyone else. You nailed it!!! Keep up the good work!!! Your style is nice.

Guitar sounded great in the beginning. Had a really Jerry Garcia feel, which I love. The vocalist is very sultry, I love the playful nature and unique phrasing. Great hook, I love the lyrics throughout. The vocalist is so singular I had trouble focusing on anything else, but the recording was excellent, great levels all around. Bass line plays well with the drums and drives the song.

Wonderful voice and feeling - very engaging, melodic, playful, charming. To me this is more in the field of jazzy blues late-night music than contemporary folk but who cares? It's excellent and this artist deserves to be heard.

I would call this song Pop rather than Folk. The lyrics are sweet and even wise, but unlike folk it doesn't tell a story. The good advice on love is repeated several times. A very pretty, pleasant song, and the drummer does not drown out the vocals, as often is the case. Nice lilting voice, I like it a lot.
