Lyrics

I came into this world already certain, but wondering if I could find right from wrong.
Some people say you may never find the answer, but I'll keep on searching as I travel on.
Sometimes I feel like I'm living in a prison, searching for some light at the end of a day.
But I know now in my heart that there's a heaven, because I see that beautiful light in you.
Chorus: That's why I'm changing, changing over. yes I'm changing over to you. Yes, I'm Cha-a-a-aging over. there's nothing on this earth I'd rather do.
Lead break:
Chorus: That's why I'm changing, changing over. yes I'm changing over to you. Yes, I'm Cha-a-a-aging over. there's nothing on this earth I'd rather do.
I've had some fame and small piece of fortune, I've had a few good friends along the way.
But time is running out on my number, so I hope some day you'll see that light in my too.
Chorus: That's why I'm changing, changing over. yes I'm changing over to you. Yes, I'm Cha-a-a-aging over. there's nothing on this earth I'd rather do. I'm changing from this life I once knew, to spend eternity with you.

I really like the quality of the vocal style, it seems very well practiced and specific to a friendly, cool sort of 50s style. I like the consistency of the melody and the overall quality of the arrangement seems very well done. All in all it works very well together.
The instrumentation is unique while hinting at music more popular in the 50s, but vintage is cool. It is almost comparable to Elvis or something I would expect to hear at a dance in the 50s. Solid construction.

"Changing over to you" nice lyric and idea for a song. Sincerely performed in a very believable voice, this comes across as very heartfelt and real. I like the first few guitar notes intro - very nice. Melody line is interesting and takes some unique turns. Vocal is very clear and easily understandable; just right in the mix.

i like the nice easy laid back message this song lays out.
this is a good message to send to everyone---there is light in everyone, if we just stop and take the time to see it.

The synthesizer section helped the song. I like the chord progressions and the chorus section.

Great song, very positive.

This song in this setting really works for me!

beautiful lyrics - I could hear Roy Orbison as well as Elvis Presley influence. Nice and smooth lyric and melody, made me reminisce to a time of the music sound I love so much.
