does have good instrumentals and good theme.
Reminds me a bit of Dylan or Neil Young. Liked the guitar work!
Sounds very Bob Dylan-ish vocally. I can see some movie track potential here for sure.
Hey Randal, Good message in this song. Take your troubles to the Lord. You stuck to your topic and kept it simple with nice lyric writing and a good melody. I like the interesting chord you played on the second line of the chorus (open up another door). Good job on the guitar playing. I was so glad you didn't rhyme strife with life, way to go trying to stay original.
screams clapton to me- good progression-i dig it-wasnt overly messagy-liked the drum sound- and your voice dylany with dead infuence
This song definitely reminds me of Tom Petty early on in his career. Both in the tone of the singers voice and his delivery & in the instrumentation. That said, the singers delivery was a bit pitchy and maybe just a half step out of a comfort zone for the singer to qwork in. The instrumentation ,in particular the drum section was a bit too buy for my taste and there has to be better sounding drum loops to use. The guitar and bass playing was done live and were both good!
I can always tell if this is one of your songs because you have a distinct voice. I love the subject of taking troubles to the Lord. You always have very good gospel message songs.
i like the lyrics and the arrange of the instrumental is OK.
Fantastic lyrics, good vocals. You really hear the passion in your voice. You obviously love to create, praise and love.
Great Track!
I like the guitar playing awesome job
