I was inspired to write this song after moving forward from a relationship that I had been sad about ending. This song is about accepting the pain of lost love and wanting to try again and hope someone else is courageous enough to try again, too.

This song is about knowing how painful it is to feel the sorrow and despair of losing someone and having a broken heart. The individual wants to use their pain to get the other person to confide and trust them, so the individual can understand and comfort the other person, and possibly start a new love and relationship together.
