Story Behind The Song

was sampling virtual instruments on a friends logic 10 setup and came across a koto that I could sustain a strum if I hit the F# key....so I played a little melody that incorporated that, then added some ambient sustain piano and a bass and drum track. though it had a fun, eastern feel to it.

I can picture this in advertising and film...especially in the closing credits of a quirky HBO or HULU show....that kind of funky incongruity that you'll here now and then that works in its own way.
