Story Behind The Song

I rerecorded this song right after 911 for the NYC firefighters. I was living in the city when the towers went down and a few days later I starting going around to the fire houses with my guitar and playing for the guys. It was a powerful time for so many. I was just so grateful for all they'd done, and wanted them to find some peace and closure like I had once not long before.
