Story Behind The Song
Beverly Eckert was very upset about the tragic death of her husband. She was also a witness to the WTC explosion. She was aboard the Buffalo, N.Y.-bound flight when it crashed in Clarence Center, N.Y. This may be through 'channeling' as the lyrics seemed to come out through inception.

Lyrics
last night I was told that I wasn't wanted anymore
so I packed my bags and left cause there's simply nothing more to give
I hold the night in my hands I've seen the red bloody sands
I know I'll be home soon It's never too late to be with you again
cold breeze wears my soul thin fearing for the Government whoever else would win
tried to give all I gave was my blood for your rage
i give up
don't leave me at all
you did
goodbye
they stand beside me with open arms
they try to harm me with their charm
I know their secrets felt it all my life
they paint the clouds in the skies
(disguise)
ever since the beginning I've seen your face
war drowns the sky it's all over the place
lightning and sunshine come and bring me light
in my airline take a walk outside
when the light shines through
that's when I think of you
when I heard you died all I did was cry
don't ask me why don't say goodbye
give me a sign are you still mine
in my heart you're still alive
you left me don't forget me
don't forget me
