Story Behind The Song
I wrote this song for an album of bagpipe music where I wanted to include some originals as well as traditional tunes. I had always envisioned it as a duet of unlikely instruments. And with this version, I feel I've more than achieved that.
Song Description
From India to Scotland, an unexpected duet between two traditional instruments. Both bagpipes and harmonium have a haunting and evocative feel to them. This song plays a call and response game between the two, leading the listeners to wherever their imaginations take them.
