Story Behind The Song
This song is a collaboration of a former student of mine and me. He produced the musical track and I wrote and performed the lyrics. Allow me to introduce Brendan Scott Kinnion:" I'm Brendan "Pimp Daddy Scott" Kinnion. I grew up surrounded with all kinds of music as a kid. I loved guitar so much that I picked it up as soon as I could. I have been playing for years now and have been recording demos along the way. I'm excited for this album with J Nolen. For the instrumental, I wanted a mellow sound with passion in the chorus. I'm glad to say I achieved my goal for that on this and I hope to make more music like this soon. Thanks to J Nolen for laying down his lyrical content on my tracks."
Song Description
Since a former high school student asked me to collaborate I thought it appropriate to address teen issues, namely suicide. Gods' love provides options to seemingly hopeless situations.
