Story Behind The Song

I wrote this song for my beautiful wonderful wife of 37 years, Suzell, during our first year of marriage. It was scored for sextet. Years later, I arranged it for big band and surprised her with the new arrangement at a concert which I'm so glad she got to hear one year before I lost her to pancreatic cancer in 2016. The song is dedicated to her and our daughters Wendy and Erika.
