Story Behind The Song

I, like many song writers I've conversed with, write songs that our spouses just don't appreciate. Some barely put up with our obsession to write, and record these works. Maybe we've even written songs for our muses that they just don't even want to listen to.

Song Description

The singer tries to lightheartedly tell the audience about a song he wrote for his love and along the way we find out that his singing was one of the things that drove her away.

to show how much she meant to me
