Love Is A Natural Thing(c) Jeff Ashbaker
# 909-793-0245

Sittin' here lookin' at the river
Wonerdin' which way it flows
Sittin' here listenin' to the howlin' wind
Just wonderin' which way it blows
Sittin' here watchin' the coal fire burn
Wonderin' what makes it glow

---Refrain---
I can see your thoughts flowin' with the river
I can hear your voice callin' through the wind
I can feel your passion burnin' up the fire
Everything's here to see, natrue's been showin' me
That our love is a natural thing
------------------
Sittin' here listenin' to the thunder
Rollin' as it passes by
Sittin' here lookin' as the sun reveals
Beauty from a cloudy sky
Sitting' here watchin' the rainbow form
Wonderin' just how and why

---Refrain---
I can here your heart beatin' with the thunder
I can feel your warmth mingle with the sun
I can see your love at the end of the rainbow
Everything's here to see, nature's been tellin' me
That our love is a natural thing
-------------------
Sittin' here lookin' at the river
Wonerdin' which way it flows
Sittin' here listenin' to the howlin' wind
Wonderin' which way it blows
Sittin' here thinkin' 'bout you and me
And honey I love you so

Good sound with really good vocals and instrumentation, as well as really introspective lyrics. Dynamite guitar instrumental.

love the song. the singer, hell the whole thing

I liked the guitar parts (both rhythm and lead), they added a nice kick. Overall I liked the song

Good imagery. The river flowing metaphor works well. Twangy guitar adds to the flavor.

Really nice up-tempo country-rock track. I like the guitar work and the vocalist sounds good. Good lyrics and melodies throughout. Nice bridge/b-section too (love the turnaround of C3minor - A - B). Guitar solo was very cool... almost a rockabilly flavor. Great song and performance!

You've got a great voice that has a very unique sound!

Great driving song driven by solid and expressive country female vocals.

This is pure country and I love it. The lyric is creative, naming forces of nature and counting Love as one of them. The instrumentation is good, typical of this genre. The mix is good, with all instruments heard from, and the vocal just a bit more out front. Nothing sounds buried or stepped on. The lead guitar solo is great!

I think many country artists would be glad to have this song on an album of theirs.

Not even good in 1970

Amazing!! This sounds like a song that's already on the radio. Great instrumentation, great vocals, and awesome words. Very well done.

GOOD START! FUNKY GIT! NICE VOICE! SOUNDS A LOT LIKE NASHVILLE HERE!

The song has a really good feel too it. The vocals and instrumentation work really were for this song . It's a toe tapper for sure. Good production and arrangement overall. Nicely done.

The song propelled me forward. Enjoyed listening from start to finish.

This song is really good and has potential.

I like the sound of the drums and the lead guitar, I also like the female vocals, sounds a bit like Martina McBride.

Good Energy on this song! The vocal performance and the playing on the track is excellent. It sounds like all involved were having a great time jamming on this song. The guitar player is really getting it done! The mix on the recording is decent and I think the classification of country rock is correct. I like the subject matter of the song and how the natural side of love relates to the natural side of...Mother Nature. That's very cool and I get it.

I like the beat, vocal, and the chorus, - good hook.
Nice instrumental background.

Fun, upbeat song. I like the tempo. The vocalist has a nice tone. I also think that love songs hold huge potential if you can figure out a creative way to say what it is you are trying to say. Definitely a song fit for Country genre. Keep up the writing, good job!

to much reverb on vocal and overall mix as well. clean it up.

Great country song!! And great country- style vocals!! Very nice instrumentations, great electric guitar break!!

I really like the hook, lyrics, and the overall feel of the song. You can't help but tap your foot and move your head to it. Great guitar and vocal work as well!

Love it. This really kicks serious butt. Well played, well sung and recorded

Nice voice and over all good feel to the song. Song arrangement sounds good and it fits well in Country. Nice guitar work.
