Story Behind The Song

I was really worried about the future but I noticed I was using the line 'thy will be done' from the Our Father prayer as a mantra. I started singing the mantra then wrote the rest of the song around it.

Song Description

I'm always so worried about what is or isn't going to happen. I want to rush through the day only to worry at night about what will happen the next day. It's so hard to trust that I'm where I'm supposed to be and that things will happen when they're supposed to happen. It's so hard to find this trust. But if I keep trying to give things over to God, then I will be in the right place and doing the right things. There's a bigger picture that I don't see. Hopefully this song reminds me to see, trust and believe in that bigger plan.
