I had just completed the music to this song and went out for a walk on a misty night and was giving thought to the lyrics. What came into mind was of two strangers at fates door being brought together ala the movie Casablanca and Sleepless In Seattle. Very fim "noir".

The lyrics tell a story of two complete stangers who meet by chance on a misty night before sunrise. It is karma or fate that brings them together and if there eyes had never met they would pass like two ships in the night. This is the beginning of a love story.
