Story Behind The Song

This song was written for a pilot of a "slow food" cooking show, the theme was "slow". The TV project fell through but the song stayed and it has become one of my fans' favorite both in the US and overseas.

It's inviting the listener to take life slowly, observe nature, savor life and to simply take it easy.
