Writer spent 10 days in April long ago at Grand Canyon camping, seeing shooting stars from the rim, walking into and out of the canyon (to Phantom Ranch) in a day, and experienced a sudden spring storm. The impressions of its majesty and recognizing what is revealed in its geologic stratigraphy is unforgettable. It deserves a Tejano flavored anthem to its beauty and power. It truly is nature's greatest natural wonder of the world.
