This classical piece has a nice emotional conveyance. There's canonic and ostinato elements, with an almost celtic melody. Each instrument plays a counter melody in conjunction with each other until the merge into a homogenized ending.
the string section was very tight...the violin carried a beautiful melodic line which led to a harmony section that was really great...each section you added had something different...the final section added tympani and that signaled the end...I listened all the way through and felt my self drifting to a scene in a movie with Queen Antoinette dancing in a ballroom...it's definitely a period piece
All in all I thought this was a very nice piece. It reminded me of the baroque pieces played in the movie Titanic. I felt that it was a very nice piece for that type of application and setting. I liked how you built it throughout the piece starting out simple and adding something as each rep unfolded. All except for the tympani which did not work for me.
A very beautiful track. Very soothing, romantic in nature. Love the changes in melody.
