I served in 3 wars and never had anyone to come home to. No one met me at the airport when I arrived back safely. So, this idea came to me on behalf of those who do have someone special who will miss them while they are gone.

As I envision it, though there are many other possibilities, a man in the military is called to go serve his country overseas in the war. His wife takes him to the airport and they part ways; each holding each others love in their hearts till his return;
