Story Behind The Song
after going out with a coworker/friend and her boyfriend, he unknowingly drugged my drink with roofies and then hours later he raped me. this song was written shortly after to cope and try to describe and understand what had happened. i had to continue working with this friend and her boyfriend would occassionaly visit the workplace and i had to tell other coworker/friends what had happened and have them look out for me if he came around so i could shut myself in my office. eventually telling Human Resources as well - - never made a police report - i was in shock... so ladies - watch your drink and watch who you think you can trust.
