I heard the hook in a hip hop song while working out in my boxing gym. I thought "Old School" was much better for a country song, so I wrote it.

Song Description

It's about a guy with old school values-- giving up his seat to a lady, waiting while she gets ready, picking up the tab. He prefers thank you cards in the mail, photographs of family, Christmas on home movies. Settling things on a bar stool, not in a courtroom. Communicating in person, not by text.
