Story Behind The Song
This was written around 8 years after my Father died. I made a few attempts over a few years to write lyrics about the subject, but wasn't happy with any of them, until I came up with this one.

Lyrics
Verse 1
Saw your shadow cross the wall
The other day
Voices inside my head cried out
Not much to say
Sometimes I forget
And stop to reflect on the sound
You?re not around
Verse 2
You had left before the time
I could say
What you stirred inside my heart
Is now astray
Sometimes I forget
And stop to reflect what I found
Pre-Chorus
Found a way to say that I wish you were here
Every single other day I feel you near
I hope we meet again
And still be friends
Chorus
I?m a mixed up, muddled up, guy
I?m a mixed up, muddled up, guy
I?m a mixed up, muddled up, guy
Think I know the reason why
Verse 3
Saw your shadow pass the floor
The other night
Voices inside my soul cried out
A silent flight
Sometimes I forget
And stop to reflect what I found
Pre-Chorus
Found a way to say that I wish you were here
Every single other day I feel you near
I hope we meet again
And still be friends
Chorus
I?m a mixed up, muddled up, guy
I?m a mixed up, muddled up, guy
I?m a mixed up, muddled up, guy
Think I know the reason why
Think I know the reason why
Think I know the reason why
