Story Behind The Song

I was missing someone and found myself looking at the back pages of the papers and their star sign to see if it offered any clues as to their thinking. Even thought I don't believe in them. It was one of those songs that wrote itself. Just fell out of me. I loved the premise of the idea of reading someone else's stars to try and understand their motivations.

Song Description

The protagonist is longing and looking for clues to explain the circumstances of heartbreak. Reading the horoscopes to see if it shed any life on the situation.
