We can all relate to pale paychecks that don't quite spread around. We can all relate to broken promises and compromises. This song came about just thinking about friends who can be gracious to each other and forgive and forget in the sweep of one celebration.

It feels like a mountain festival or a Renaissance festival where everyone lets down their hair and enjoys a day by the river, with a band and some theater and a little love.
