At only 44 seconds I assume it is a sample of what could be building blocks of a full length song. It could of course be marketed for adverts and jingles of different kinds too.
I gave it the name Wake up call, because I wouldn't mind the sample as my alarm on my phone. Waking me up in a gentle way for a few seconds, before telling me off for not getting up.
