Soulmates harmonica & sax duo

Story Behind The Song

On Valentine's Day 2011 I decided to write a romantic song for my wife Inez with whom I've been married for 37 years.

Song Description

This instrumental duo version of this sexy song, inspired by the Al Green romantic soul songs of the late 60's and early 70's, features internationally known touring virtuoso harmonica soloist Tom Stryker and saxophonist Dewey Dorough who holds five gold and one platinum record and a CMA for his work as a saxophonist with bands including James Brown, Charlie Daniels, The Oak Ridge Boys and many others. It is a musical metaphor for two distinct personalities, one passionate and bold and the other rock solid and dependable, represent the ups and downs and in and outs of a relationship musically.
