Story Behind The Song
I met AJ Kubay through an AOL songwriter's group and her lyrics inspired me to write this street rock song. AJ Kubay was a 26 year old street person at the time living in NJ.
Song Description
This is a rock, dance song with a solid beat, guitar driven about homeless, throw-away street kids who run loose at night in packs, preying on people, because they don't know any other way.

Lyrics
Children of The Night.
Verse 1
They run together like wolves in a pack.
Beyond the limit there's no turning back.
Living in the street waiting on their prey.
They dream of a change but there's no other way.
For the Children, Children of the night.
Children of the night.
Verse 2
There's a fire in their eyes they cannot disguise,
Burning angry and bright they live for the fight.
Living in the street, waiting on their prey,
They dream of a change but there's no other way.
For the Children, Children of the night.
Children of the night. . . of the night.
Instrumental
Bridge 1
Children of The Night.
Too late for the children.

There's no turning back.
There's no turning back.
Bridge 2
Born to be free. Outcast society.
They feed on the hate.
Now it's too late...
Too late for the children.
Too late for the children.
Children of The Night.
Children of The Night.
Children of The Night.
Too late for the children.
Children of The Night.
Children of The Night.
Too late for the children.
Repeat and fade out.
Children of The Night.
