Strong intro. Great use of light and shade in this tune. The synths and drums mesh beautifully. Really well recorded...the sound quality is excellent. Not really a dance track to my mind but it has a lovely chill-out vibe.
I like to listen to this kind of music while riding in my luxurious pink limousine; the purple one is out of commission. Loving these tinted windows which seem to beckon those who look at us with a curiousness as we ride about the city. Who is that? One may ask; standing at the curb. Don't matter none, cuz we be chillin' in this pink limousine.
The first thing that I thought when the song started was, "what if dubstep didn't go the route of pop music but instead took after the German school of electronic music?" Acts like Kraftwerk for instance. I was very impressed by the bravery of the arrangement i.e. the originality of it. Even though it is a short piece that loops with minor differences, it holds well to my ears. However I do hope that more will be done arrangement wise, there are just too many good places that this song can go to. To reserve it to such short development would be a crime.
It's got a good beat, and you can feel the song grow. I like the sound choices, and I can really see how it could be used for any type of commercial going in slow motion, like the spinning of a car or a person on a swing. :)
