"In the Moment" is a love song that takes place at the beginning of a date on a beautiful spring evening. The singer is smitten and wishes his date was more present, but is not sure how the evening and relationship will go. The lyrics combine happiness and wistful longing; the music is inspired by Bossa Nova, Jazz and 70's FM rock sounds.
