I've been profoundly affected by fusion artists as well as those in progressive rock...also to some degree by many jazz artists. Miles Davis was one. others in different genres: Rick Wakeman, Herbie Hancock, Chick Corea, Jan Hammer, Donald Fagen and Walter Becker, Jeff Beck, Josef Zawinul, Jaco Pastorius...and many others. This song is a tribute to them

The song opens with a tribute to Wakeman, then to a Steely Dan segue, then to Miles type mute trumpet, then to a Beck type guitar, then a nice electric piano with a nice call and response at the end
