Story Behind The Song

I composed this song for my Son of Krypton Soundtrack. It is a musical depiction of an epic battle between Kal-El (Superman) and his nemesis General Zod. Portions of three distinct motifs that I wrote for the project can be heard in this cue. The themes for Superman, General Zod and Krypton are all present. The song ends with a somber rendition of the Superman theme on strings then cello to signify Kal-El's realization that he is the last Kryptonian.
