Clint, who is the drummer for the band brought this idea to me musically. He said it was a guitar riff he had been playing for years. I added lyrics and a bridge and VOILA! Shot Down.
Song Description
We all have to got o school and grow up in a world where people tell you how you are supposed to think, act, look and feel. This song is about the struggle of dealing with all these things and trying to gain your own perspective on how you should do these things. Its about speaking your mind and what happens when people dont like what you're saying. You get shot down.
