Story Behind The Song

My mother was 25 years old when she died of a rare hereditary illness. At the time of her death I was 3 years old. Barbara was beautiful as my father would always say. Six months before her death she took a photograph and gave it to my father so that he would remember her. She somehow knew that her end was near. I do not remember her. Strangely I have not been given an opportunity to see her grave in Warsaw cemetery called Brudno. Perhaps my father tried to protect me from any anguish. In 2009 at the age of 55 years I have finaly stood at her grave. This music is a dedication to this moment.
