Still, his latest album, is well worth checking out. Points are scored for his faithful rendition of country legend Steve Earle's 'Johnny Come Lately' while originals like 'Thrown Away', 'If I Was Young' and 'What Will We Leave' are well written & well played. It's unlikely that Life of Plenty will suddenly make Walker a star, but it will cement his reputation amongst those already in the know.
