Brothers Steve and Dave Fowler created Echo Movement to inspire and elate a static generation. They chose reggae, surf and soca (social calypso) as the conductors for their resonance and universal rhythm. This debut album was a low-budget Protools piecemeal. Still, the warmth and affection in these tracks has inspired thousands of Echo Movement fans to think larger...or at least smile:)
